How to cook
Pan-fry on medium heat for 5–8 minutes, turning often (Cocktail sausages take about 4–5). Or grill, air-fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, or simmer in water for 5 minutes. Serve with toothpicks and a dip, in hot dog rolls, or sliced into fried rice and pasta.
