Ordering and delivery

Where do you deliver?

Across Delhi NCR: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram and Vaishali. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes. Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery.

Which days do you deliver?

Every day, including Sundays. You can order online 24x7.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders above ₹449. A small delivery charge applies to orders below that, shown in the cart before you pay.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available. Our team calls to confirm before every order is dispatched.

How will my order arrive?

Frozen, vacuum sealed and kept cold from our cold store to your door. Please put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives.

How do I track my order?

You'll get order updates on WhatsApp. For anything else, message us on +91 92123 16370.

Do you take bulk or party orders?

Yes. For large orders, parties or office events, contact us and we'll help you plan quantities.

Products

Where do your products come from?

Our pork cuts are from Belgium, our salami and deli cold cuts from Spain, our scallops from Japan, our duck from Thailand and our lamb from New Zealand. Keells Krest sausages are made in Sri Lanka. We also make sausages and deli meats at our own factory in Garhi Harsaru, Gurugram.

Which products are ready to eat?

Salami, pepperoni, Parma ham, cooked ham, honey glazed ham, baked ham and smoked duck are ready to eat once thawed. Raw cuts, bacon, burger patties and most sausages need cooking. Always check the pack.

Are Keells sausages chicken or pork?

Do you sell pork?

Yes: pork belly, shoulder, ribs, chops and tenderloin, plus bacon, ham, salami and pork sausages. See our guide to buying pork in Delhi NCR.

Can I buy a single pack of Keells sausages?

Keells is sold in packs of 2 or 3, and in mixed combos.

Storage, thawing and cooking

How should I store frozen meat?

In the freezer, in its sealed pack, until you're ready to use it.

How do I thaw frozen meat safely?

Overnight in the fridge, on a plate, in the sealed pack. In a hurry, put the sealed pack in a bowl of cold water and change the water every 30 minutes. Don't thaw meat on the counter or in hot water.

Can I refreeze meat after thawing?

Only if it was thawed in the fridge and hasn't been cooked, and the texture may suffer. It's best to thaw only what you need. Each vacuum-sealed pack can be opened on its own.

How do I cook frozen sausages?

How much cold cuts should I buy for a party?

About 50 to 75 g per guest as a starter, or 100 to 150 g if the platter is the meal. See our cold cuts platter guide.
